E-Procurement (Ivalua) Solution Architect

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for an experienced E-Procurement (Ivalua) Solution Architect in Singapore. The role focuses on delivery and billable project work, while also providing pre-sales solution design and tender support for Government, Telecommunications and Enterprise clients in Singapore and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Ivalua procurement and supply chain solutions, including sourcing, contract management, supplier management, procure-to-pay and spend analysis
• Produce architectural documents, solution designs and technical specifications, and integrate Ivalua with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and other applications
• Run technical workshops, coordinate UAT, test solutions and guide project teams through implementation
• Build knowledge transfer and training into delivery, mentor junior team members and create reusable components and templates
• Take part in pre-sales: prepare technical proposals, estimate effort and run proof-of-concepts
• Support tenders and bids by reviewing RFPs, clarifying technical points and supporting pricing discussions
• Engage with clients, Ivalua product teams and partners, and represent NCS at industry events

Required profile

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience implementing e-procurement solutions (Coupa, GEP, Zycus, SAP Ariba or similar)
• At least 5 years of hands-on Ivalua experience (mandatory) and a proven track record of at least 2 full-lifecycle Ivalua implementations
• Experience with Government, Telecommunications and/or Enterprise clients in Singapore, Australia or APAC
• Ivalua L3 Functional and Technical certification preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the year to India (Pune)

• Data migration, ETL and data quality management
• ERP systems (SAP MM/PM/WM, Oracle Procurement, Microsoft Dynamics) and databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud)
