Early Childhood Educator – 5-Day Work Week

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators to join our network of preschools across Singapore. In this role you will create a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports the holistic development of preschool‑aged children.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities and lessons.
• Foster a supportive classroom that promotes social, emotional and cognitive growth.
• Provide varied learning experiences that spark curiosity and creativity.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to maintain open communication.
• Monitor and assess each child’s progress and implement interventions as needed.
• Ensure a safe, healthy environment in line with health and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (e.g., DECCE‑T, CECCCE) or Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education – L1/L2.
• GCE ‘O’ Level credit in English.
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a passion for inspiring young learners.
