Early Childhood Teacher (EY2 Certified) – Singapore

About the role

The school is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (EY2 Certified) to join its island‑wide network of preschools in Singapore. You will work Monday to Friday, creating a safe, nurturing environment for infants and toddlers while delivering a developmentally appropriate curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Create a secure, high‑quality learning environment through respectful, responsive relationships with children.
• Co‑design and implement culturally appropriate curricula that integrate innovative teaching practices.
• Strengthen partnerships with families and the community, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Guide junior educators, supporting their professional growth and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Continuously reflect on practice, engage in professional development, and contribute to the preschool’s culture of collegiality.

Required profile

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care & Development (CIT), Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY). Candidates currently pursuing HCIC/ACEY are welcome.
• Relevant experience teaching infants and toddlers is preferred.
• Strong commitment to child safety, development, and partnership with families.
