Early Years Educator

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Educator to lead a Playgroup/Pre‑Nursery class of children aged 18 months to 3 years across our island‑wide preschool network in Singapore. You will create a safe, joyful environment where young learners develop foundational motor, cognitive, and social skills through storytelling, music, dance, and sensory activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the centre’s curriculum in line with its teaching pedagogy.
• Foster a love of learning and celebrate each child’s developmental milestones.
• Provide regular feedback to parents on their child’s progress and daily routine.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating classroom that supports age‑appropriate activities.
• Guide children in purposeful play to develop lifelong skills and values.
• Plan and conduct interactive, sensory‑rich activities that spark curiosity.

Required profile

• Minimum Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education, Advanced Certificate in Early Years (CECCE or ACEY), or Diploma in Child Psychology/Early Education (DECCE) – EY2/L1/L2.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team player with a genuine passion for inspiring young lives.
• Enjoy working with children aged 18 months to 3 years.
