Early Years Language Teacher – Ubi

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Early Years Language Teacher to join our centre in Ubi, Singapore. You will be supported by programme specialists and a dedicated support team, allowing you to focus on delivering high‑quality language learning experiences for young children.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a classroom, overseeing both teaching and routine care duties.
• Plan and implement curriculum and programmes that support each child’s developmental needs.
• Develop initiatives, practices and learning materials to enhance the learning environment.
• Build collaborative relationships with centre staff, families and community partners.
• Manage family and community programmes that contribute to the local community.
• Conduct routine caregiving while continuously seeking improvements in service quality.
• Uplift professional practice in line with the centre’s vision, mission and values.

Required profile

• EY2 Certificate in Early Childhood or L2 Diploma in Early Childhood – Teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, energetic and passionate about children’s learning and development.
• Teaching experience is not mandatory, but a genuine interest in early childhood education is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
