Ecosystem & Community Manager – Singapore & APAC

About the role

Reporting directly to the Head of Singapore & Director of Business Development, the Ecosystem & Community Manager will be the heartbeat of QpiAI’s community presence and campus outreach in Singapore and across APAC. This is a dynamic, 0‑to‑1 community‑building role for a proactive operator who thrives on turning big ideas into active programs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture a regional community of developers, researchers, students and deep‑tech enthusiasts around QpiAI’s software platforms and Quantum Computing as a Service (QCaaS), organizing meetups, workshops, guest lectures and hackathons.
• Plan, coordinate and execute QpiAI’s presence at premier regional tech conferences and expos (e.g., SWITCH, ATxSG, GITEX, quantum symposia), handling logistics, booth presence, speaking slots and side‑events.
• Cultivate relationships with student societies, research labs and career centres across Singapore’s top universities and key regional institutions, driving student engagement programmes, roadshows and talent‑acquisition campaigns.
• Support day‑to‑day activation of the Singapore hub, acting as the local point of contact for visitors, university partners and event collaborators, and assisting leadership with onboarding, vendor coordination and administrative flow.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in community management, developer relations, event execution or ecosystem programmes within a tech accelerator, innovation agency, university incubator or early‑stage startup.
• Proven track record of running end‑to‑end events from small meetups to major conference activations and hackathons.
• Strong familiarity with Singapore’s startup ecosystem, university networks and tech communities; outgoing, articulate and collaborative.
• Resourceful, highly organised and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast‑paced, evolving office environment.
• Eager to learn about Quantum Computing and AI, able to translate complex technology concepts into engaging community programmes.
