About the role
We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Technician (Chief Jointer) to lead high voltage cable jointing and termination works. The role involves overseeing installation, connection, and maintenance of HV electrical cables and accessories, as well as managing site testing and coordination with subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Overall in charge of High Voltage (HV) cable jointing and termination works, including installation, connection, and maintenance of HV electrical cables and accessories.
- Manage and control site testing/commissioning of cables, material control, cable jointing and termination.
- Coordinate and implement interfacing works with other sub‑contractors or vendors.
- Decide and resolve commercial or technical matters affecting project progress.
- Assist and coordinate with Project Engineers.
