Employer Branding Intern – HR & Communications

About the role

Join Bosch Singapore as an Employer Branding Intern and help bring the employer brand to life. You will work within the Human Resources team to support initiatives that strengthen Bosch’s position as an employer of choice, enhance talent attraction and create meaningful engagement with students, graduates and professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of employer branding initiatives and campaigns across digital platforms.
• Create engaging content such as social media posts, employee stories, recruitment videos and other branding collaterals.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Assist with campus engagement activities, career fairs and recruitment events, including logistics and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Media or related fields.
• Passion for employer branding, storytelling and digital communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Experience with content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut.
