Engineering Technician – Maintenance (Serviced Residence)

About the role

The Engineering Technician is responsible for general maintenance and minor repairs of equipment and facilities within our serviced residence, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain building conditions, ensuring heating, lighting, ventilation and other systems are functional.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, wall patching, plumbing, air‑conditioning servicing, and electrical repairs.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance programmes and inspect machinery and equipment.
• Respond to and prioritize maintenance work orders and guest requests promptly.

Required profile

• Professional Certificate/NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical or Air‑conditioning Maintenance or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 1 year of related experience in the hospitality industry.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, self‑motivated and willing to work rotating shifts.
