Enrolled Nurse (Clinic B2B)

About the role

Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) is hiring an Enrolled Nurse for its Clinic B2B unit. The nurse assists in delivering nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or physician, performing general clinic nursing duties and supporting clinic-based procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general clinic nursing duties, including phlebotomy and assisting in clinic-based procedures in line with established protocols.
• Support pre- and post-procedure care, admission coordination and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe patient care.
• Conduct Eye and Foot Screening per clinic protocols and escalate At-Risk findings to the supervising Registered Nurse, physician and/or Podiatrist.
• Provide basic patient education, counselling support and monitoring for chronic disease management and health promotion under supervision.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer or department management.

Required profile

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Nursing, registered with the Singapore Nursing Board as an Enrolled Nurse.
• 1-2 years of relevant clinical or outpatient nursing experience preferred.
• Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Good interpersonal, communication and patient engagement skills.
• Adaptable and able to function well in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
