Enrolment Consultant – Sales & Customer Service

About the role

Julia Gabriel Centre is seeking enthusiastic Enrolment Consultants to drive student recruitment and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for prospective parents and children, guiding them through our programmes and helping them make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high‑quality customer experience.
• Manage the full enrolment process across walk‑ins, email, calls, WhatsApp, social media, and marketing events such as open houses.
• Provide accurate information about programmes and address the needs of prospective families.
• Follow up on all sales leads within agreed service level agreements.
• Coordinate centre tours, trial lessons, and post‑trial meetings with parents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support recruitment initiatives and ensure seamless enrolment execution.

Required profile

• GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Levels or Diploma, preferably with an education background.
• Bilingual proficiency to communicate with Chinese‑speaking families.
• Passion for sales, strong motivation to exceed enrolment targets, and willingness to work double weekends.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Required skills

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
