Enterprise Governance Analyst – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

The Enterprise Governance Analyst will join SJ Group’s Enterprise Governance Intelligence unit to support governance, risk oversight and decision‑making across the organisation. Based in the Jurong Innovation District, the role works closely with corporate functions and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day governance and risk management activities across the Group.
• Review management and decision‑support materials for completeness, consistency and clarity.
• Analyse information from multiple business and functional sources and summarise key issues.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, summaries and presentation materials.
• Coordinate inputs and follow‑up actions across business units and corporate functions.
• Maintain records, supporting documentation and reporting information, tracking actions to closure.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, information quality and reporting.
• Support the use of digital and data‑enabled tools to strengthen governance and reporting.
• Undertake research and analysis on governance, risk and organisational matters as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance, risk management, corporate governance, accounting or a related discipline.
• Ability to work independently, pick up unfamiliar subject matter quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering clear, concise outputs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing reports, dashboards and presentation materials.
• Experience with coordinating cross‑functional inputs and tracking action items.
• Familiarity with digital and data‑enabled tools for governance and reporting.
