About the role
Deutsche Telekom is looking for a high‑energy, self‑driven Enterprise Inside Sales professional to generate new business for its enterprise segment in Singapore. The position blends inside‑sales activities (pipeline creation and qualification) with field‑sales responsibilities (opportunity development) and requires proactive outreach, structured qualification, and consultative selling.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end outbound prospecting across target enterprise accounts using LinkedIn, email, calls and events.
- Build and maintain target account lists in priority industries such as Manufacturing, BFSI, Logistics and Healthcare.
- Develop first‑touch engagement strategies based on customer challenges (e.g., network visibility, security fragmentation, multi‑country complexity).
- Initiate early‑stage conversations with IT and business stakeholders and qualify opportunities using structured frameworks.
- Track outreach, meetings and pipeline progression with discipline.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to accelerate pipeline velocity.
Required profile
- Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced B2B environment.
- Strong consultative selling mindset with the ability to engage senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Experience in enterprise‑level sales, preferably within telecom, cloud or digital services.
