Entry Level Business Support Executive – Serangoon

About the role

This entry‑level Business Support Executive role supports the expansion of a mobile network in Singapore. Based in Serangoon, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to secure sites for network equipment and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, secure and manage site acquisition for mobile network infrastructure.
• Build and maintain relationships with building owners, managing agents, government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Lead site visits, technical discussions and stakeholder engagements to resolve challenges.
• Negotiate license agreements, renewals and commercial terms in line with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of site agreements, from approval to renewal planning and execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, project management and vendor teams to deliver network deployment initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of approvals, payments and operational matters to support project continuity.
• Maintain accurate records of site information, agreements and stakeholder interactions.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes and best practices.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives that drive network growth.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or entry‑level candidate.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Detail‑oriented with good organisational skills.
• Willingness to work cross‑functionally with diverse teams.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly salary up to SGD 3,100.
• One‑year contract with clear working hours (Mon‑Thu 8:30 am‑6:00 pm, Fri 8:30 am‑5:30 pm).
• On‑site role in Serangoon, Singapore.
• Exposure to telecom network projects and stakeholder management experience.
