Environmental Project Manager – Tuas Port Reclamation

About the role

You will lead the planning, design, supervision and project management of major land reclamation and port development projects at Tuas Port.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake project planning, budgeting, draft tender specifications and manage the call and award of consultancy/construction tenders.
• Lead the supervision of consultants handling construction management, contract administration and site supervisory works.
• Track work progress and manage project expenditures, including progress claims and variation orders.
• Address technical matters and project issues on the Tuas Port construction.
• Oversee quantitative analysis and schedule tracking of the contractor’s programme of works.
• Coordinate with agencies related to the Tuas Port project.

Required profile

• Training in environmental studies or energy management (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management or site supervision of infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) for construction works.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal and team‑management skills.
• Registration with the Professional Engineers Board Singapore is advantageous.
