Environmental Sustainability Executive

About the role

The Environmental Sustainability Executive will lead the development and execution of the foundation’s environmental sustainability strategy. This role involves annual planning, ESG reporting, educational outreach, and partnership building to promote sustainable practices across the organization and community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual environmental planning, set goals and continuously improve sustainability strategies.
• Prepare and manage transparent ESG reports aligned with global frameworks.
• Oversee environmental education programs and day‑to‑day operations of the Glow On Gallery, driving public advocacy for sustainable living.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, volunteers, partners and community groups.

Required profile

• Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability or a related field.
• Relevant experience in sustainability, ESG or environmental projects (preferred).
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks such as GRI or CDP.
• Knowledge of Singapore sustainability initiatives (e.g., BCA Green Mark, PUB, NEA).
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
