ERP Functional Consultant

About the role

The ERP Functional Consultant will drive end‑to‑end delivery of Epicor Kinetic ERP projects for our clients in Singapore. You will act as the bridge between business leaders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with long‑term digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle Epicor Kinetic implementation projects, managing milestones and ensuring functional integrity.
• Conduct business process analysis workshops and translate client requirements into scalable functional designs.
• Serve as the primary subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor to C‑suite and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive pre‑sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical scoping and proposal creation.
• Mentor junior consultants, perform peer reviews and enforce implementation best practices.
• Continuously improve internal methodologies, tools and consulting frameworks to stay ahead of Epicor updates.
• Design, configure and oversee testing and deployment strategies for mission‑critical Epicor modules.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex ERP implementations, preferably with Epicor Kinetic.
• Strong business process analysis and solution architecture skills.
• Excellent communication and advisory abilities for senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated capability in pre‑sales engagements and proposal development.
• Track record of mentoring consultants and driving methodological innovation.
