Event Executive – Event Management Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Event Executive to lead the planning and execution of internal and external events in Singapore. You will act as the primary liaison for event requests, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure each event delivers a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for event requests and conduct pre‑event discussions with internal teams.
• Source, shortlist, and recommend suppliers/vendors within budget constraints.
• Manage procurement processes, obtain approvals, and handle purchasing of catering, gifts, and live stations.
• Create and design EDMs using Canva and coordinate venue bookings and calendar invites.
• Plan event programs, manage RSVP via FormSG, and collect post‑event feedback.
• Arrange building clearances, catering, VIP food, and visitor access as needed.
• Prepare daily event forecasts and support on‑site operations, including AV setup and equipment maintenance.
• Train internal stakeholders on AV systems, perform quality checks on digitised records, and shift physical files between office locations.
• Provide ad‑hoc event support and liaise with internal and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline; 2 + years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva for designing EDMs.
• Experience using FormSG for RSVP and registration management.
• Familiarity with AV system setup and basic troubleshooting.
