Event & Exhibition Project Manager

About the role

The Event & Exhibition Project Manager will coordinate and oversee the preparation and execution of multiple events, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes. This role provides both administrative and operational support across the event lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage event preparation and on‑site operations for multiple events.
• Provide administrative and operational support, including sourcing event supplies.
• Follow general instructions on new projects and work with creative or project supervision.
• Monitor schedules, identify potential delays, and report status to the Event Manager.
• Maintain collaboration with internal teams to meet project objectives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to work outside regular office hours when needed.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
