Event Marketing Manager

About the role

Hitcheed is seeking an energetic and highly organised Event Marketing Manager to lead the planning, marketing and execution of consumer events. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to turn ideas into successful, well‑attended events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of consumer events, from concept through post‑event review.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and production schedules.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, agencies, venues, sponsors and partners.
• Manage event milestones, risks and contingency plans to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Oversee event‑day operations, from setup to teardown, and conduct post‑event analysis.
• Design and execute marketing strategies across social media, digital advertising, email, PR and influencer channels to drive attendance.
• Collaborate with content and digital teams to create promotional campaigns and messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to maximise registrations and ticket sales.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in event management, marketing or experiential consumer marketing.
• Proven track record managing consumer‑facing events from planning through execution.
• Strong project management abilities with capacity to handle multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Leadership and people‑management skills.
• Understanding of consumer event marketing and audience acquisition.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
