Key responsibilities

• Event Planning – support event preparation, timelines, and task coordination.
• Logistics – coordinate with venues, vendors, suppliers, and on‑site teams.
• On‑Site Support – assist with registration, guest engagement, and event operations.
• Content & Promotion – support event content, promotional materials, and social media.
• Post‑Event Support – gather feedback, organize data, and assist with follow‑up.
