About the role
Join our Events Crew to support roadshows and activation events across Singapore. This entry‑level, contract position offers hands‑on experience in event setup, crowd management, and client interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Set up event sites early in the morning, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready.
- Assist with opening doors and managing attendee flow during roadshows and activations.
- Engage with visitors, delivering concise, impactful conversations.
- Collaborate with the full crew during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
- Participate in mentorship sessions and receive one‑on‑one coaching.
- Earn performance‑based incentives and bonuses.
- Progress to crew lead after six months and explore regional assignments.
- Join post‑event gatherings for team bonding.
Required profile
- No prior experience required.
