Events Executive – Event Planning & Coordination

About the role

We are looking for an Events Executive to support the planning and execution of a variety of events across Singapore. The role involves coordinating with vendors, internal teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery from setup to breakdown.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, from pre‑event setup to post‑event breakdown.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and venues to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand event requirements and objectives.
• Manage event logistics including catering, audiovisual equipment, seating arrangements and transportation.
• Handle registration processes, guest lists and on‑site coordination for a seamless attendee experience.
• Monitor event budgets and expenses to keep events within allocated limits.
• Gather post‑event feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate success and identify improvement areas.
• Maintain event documentation such as contracts, schedules and checklists.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or higher qualification.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to last‑minute changes or challenges.
• Valid EA License (Number: 25C2980).
