Events & Experiences Intern, CNBC International

About the role

The Events & Experiences Intern supports the event team in APAC and EMEA in delivering a wide range of CNBC events, including live, virtual and hybrid formats. The role sits within CNBC Brand Studio, the in-house advertising agency of CNBC's international Ad Sales division, and partners with clients across the globe. The internship runs from January to June 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in producing CNBC editorial and commercial events, and support the International Events Team in developing, planning and executing programmes aimed at senior executives and policymakers.
• Communicate with vendors and partners on event logistics.
• Help with audience booking: curate invitation lists, identify potential attendees and acquire them for global events.
• Source contact information through research, direct outreach, partner relationships and databases, and approach external organisations to attract their members to regional or global events.
• Share event details with registered attendees and build relationships ahead of each event.
• Deliver departmental analysis and reporting, including presentations and post-event reports used to inform future decisions.
• Provide global insights through market research and curate audience lists for event proposals.
• Update industry event lists, documents and charts, and carry out other event organisation tasks requested by CNBC Brand Studio.

Required profile

• University student currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Legal right to work in Singapore; only candidates eligible to work there will be considered.
• Available for a full-time internship from January to June.
• Keen interest in the media industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work in project teams and communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
