Events & Outreach Support Officer

About the role

We are seeking an Engagement & Operations Support Officer to assist with public outreach, events and operational activities for a national cultural initiative in Singapore. The role involves interacting with the public and partners, supporting roadshows and community activations, and ensuring smooth programme delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support public outreach and engagement activities to raise awareness and participation.
• Assist in planning and executing roadshows, community events and on‑ground activations.
• Coordinate with community groups, partners and internal teams to align event logistics.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email or helpdesk and provide timely support.
• Manage event registrations, logistics and operational processes.
• Maintain records, prepare reports and ensure proper documentation.
• Help develop and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide administrative and meeting coordination support.
• Monitor feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements.

Required profile

• Interest in arts management, communications, public policy or related fields.
• Experience in project coordination, programme support or administration is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive team player with problem‑solving aptitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Temporary (fixed‑term) contract with a monthly salary of SGD 2,500 – 4,500.
• Work schedule: Monday‑Thursday 9:00‑18:30, Friday 9:00‑18:00.
• On‑site work at Hill Street, Singapore.
