About the role
The Office of the Registrar at Singapore Management University is seeking an Exam Assistant on a short‑term contract to support examination activities during the upcoming exam period. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or entry‑level candidates who can commit to the full schedule from 20 November to 4 December 2026 (excluding weekends).
Key responsibilities
- Set up examination venues across campus in accordance with instructors’ specific requirements.
- Prepare examination materials and handle daily operational errands.
- Ensure venues are arranged correctly and meet all stipulated standards.
- Carry out any examination duties assigned by the exam centre managers.
- Perform other related duties as directed.
- Maintain full availability for all required days during the exam period.
Required profile
- O‑Level and/or A‑Level qualifications, or a Diploma.
- Candidates without the listed qualifications may still be considered if they have relevant work experience.
