Executive Assistant to APAC COO

About the role

Bank of America is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the APAC Chief Operating Officer. The role provides high‑level, confidential administrative assistance, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for the regional office in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the COO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate room bookings.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and handle related logistics.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and executive materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
• Draft correspondence, reports, and forms for senior leadership.
• Facilitate communication between the COO, internal teams, and external partners.
• Support visiting senior executives and coordinate regional events and off‑site meetings.
• Prioritize competing tasks while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive or senior‑level administrative support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
