Executive Assistant to CRO (Singapore Base)

About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system used by more than 675,000 businesses, is hiring an Executive & Personal Assistant to its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) based in Singapore. You will act as the executive's trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders, helping him focus on priority work by triaging and prioritising requests. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment with varied daily tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive's extensive business and personal calendar across multiple time zones
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders needing the executive's time or action
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, venue and technology, and minute-taking
• Handle travel arrangements for the executive and family, including flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries, visas and local requirements
• Manage business expenses, personal invoices, bill payments and insurance reimbursements
• Manage household operations such as vendor management and housekeeper coordination
• Coordinate meals, appointments and reservations for the executive and family
• Complete day-to-day errands and coordinate logistics for personal events and appearances
• Manage administrative duties for the executive's private venture fund and assist in preparing documents and presentations

Required profile

• Degree holder with at least 6+ years of PA/EA experience serving a CEO or Founder
• Diligence, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility, especially regarding confidential matters
• Calm demeanor and appetite for new challenges
• Comfortable with start-up technologies such as Slack, Google Suite, Confluence, Zoom, WeChat and WhatsApp
• Exceptional verbal and written English
