Executive Business Partner – APAC

About the role

OpenAI is looking for an Executive Business Partner to support the APAC Managing Director and the growing regional team. Based in Singapore, you will work in a hybrid model, helping to create structure, drive coordination, and strengthen operating cadence across multiple countries and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics for senior leaders.
• Coordinate high‑stakes projects and cross‑functional initiatives across APAC markets.
• Streamline workflows, anticipate executive needs, and flag operational risks.
• Maintain discretion while handling sensitive information and confidential documents.
• Facilitate clear communication and information sharing among stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑changing environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a track record of delivering on tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and independence.
