Executive Chef – Full Time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations at our Jurong Island facility. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality dishes while managing ingredient sourcing, cost control, and team collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dishes by accurately handling ingredients and mastering cooking methods such as stir‑frying, deep‑frying, roasting, steaming, and boiling.
• Purchase, receive, inspect, store, and monitor the shelf life of all ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and equipment functionality, addressing any malfunctions promptly.
• Control food costs by managing resources efficiently while preserving quality.
• Communicate effectively with front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house, and other departments, supporting overall service excellence.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Proven ability to manage ingredient procurement and inventory.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen equipment maintenance.
