Executive Facilities Management

About the role

The Office of Campus Housing (OCH) at NTU is seeking an Executive to oversee the university’s student and faculty housing, as well as sports and recreation facilities. This role offers the chance to develop expertise in customer relationship management and facilities contracts while ensuring a safe, comfortable living environment for the campus community.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule and conduct daily inspections of OCH‑managed spaces to maintain safety and standards.
• Manage resident requests, feedback and complaints via ServiceNow, in‑person, email or phone, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare work requisitions and purchase orders for maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Communicate advisories to residents about scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Oversee repairs, cleaning, renovations and key system audits, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations and manage procurement specifications.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and manage disposal of surplus assets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential management, customer service/relationship management, or facilities/property management.
• Experience in student hostels, staff housing or hospitality services is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors and internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ServiceNow for handling resident service requests.
