Executive, Group Hospitality Services

About the role

NUHS is looking for an Executive, Group Hospitality Services who reports to the linen contract manager. The role involves handling data insights to streamline operations and improve service quality, managing vendor relationships and ensuring a smoother, more purposeful operation that supports colleagues and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management and execution of hospitality service contracts
• Work with service partners to strengthen service delivery, coordination and continuous improvement
• Identify service risks, gaps or performance issues and implement timely corrective actions
• Implement initiatives that improve service quality, operational efficiency and resource utilisation
• Manage onsite vendor staff and supervise in-house linen attendants
• Manage linen inventory
• Verify vendor documentation such as KPI reports, invoices and FTE
• Carry out random ground inspections of linen delivered to wards and clinics
• Follow up promptly on inter-departmental feedback or requests

Required profile

• Degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative
• Able to relate to colleagues at all levels, from linen health attendants to department heads
