Executive, Guest Service (Night Shift)

About the role

The Executive, Guest Service is the primary point of contact for residents during night hours, responsible for smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, reservation management, and handling all resident enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Respond to walk‑in, email and phone queries and fulfil resident requests.
• Handle cash floats throughout the night shift and ensure they are balanced at shift end.
• Verify revenue from all sources and follow up on discrepancies.
• Account for all financial transactions at the front desk accurately.
• Perform end‑of‑day bookkeeping, auditing and account reconciliation.
• Record resident complaints and feedback, and execute appropriate service recovery.
• Complete end‑of‑day procedures and produce daily reports.
• Undertake related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
• Attention to detail for revenue verification and reconciliation.
