Executive Human Resources Manager

About the role

Porsche Singapore is looking for a detail‑oriented and passionate HR professional to join the team as an Executive / Senior Executive Human Resources. You will be responsible for delivering core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee engagement while supporting organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on HR policies, processes and best practices.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR operational support covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits and employee engagement.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job description review, advertising, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure a positive first‑day experience, orientation programmes and accurate documentation.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Support training and development initiatives, handling logistics, record‑keeping and follow‑up on learning outcomes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
• Implement employee engagement activities and contribute to HR projects such as surveys and digitalisation initiatives.
