About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR operations in Singapore while supporting our overseas offices. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment and can manage people operations and office administration with efficiency and discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end HR processes including onboarding, probation confirmation, internal transfers, off‑boarding and employee records.
- Prepare, review and maintain employment contracts, employee letters and other HR documentation.
- Support monthly payroll administration, including payroll processing, leave management and benefits coordination.
- Oversee work‑pass administration – applications, renewals, cancellations and coordination with external vendors and authorities.
- Assist recruitment operations: interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer preparation and onboarding arrangements.
- Drive internal communications and employee‑engagement initiatives such as corporate events, wellness programmes and ad‑hoc HR projects.
- Provide office‑related administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations and office administration.
- Prior experience in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR compliance requirements.
- Highly organized, meticulous and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
