Executive – Industry Certifications

About the role

Expeditors is seeking an Executive to lead and continuously improve the District Industry Certification quality management system. The role involves ensuring compliance with customer, government, industry and accreditation requirements while supporting a fast‑paced, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, implement, maintain and enhance the District Industry Certification QMS.
• Support and conduct internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and customer assessments.
• Interpret and translate regulatory guidelines into actionable processes for district operations.
• Create and lead new quality management systems for district facilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, checklists and forms related to accreditation.
• Monitor regulatory trends and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments, root‑cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop and manage relationships with accreditation agencies and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, CAPEX, purchase orders and oversee monthly spend analysis.
