Executive, MGA Player Development

About the role

The Executive, MGA Player Development will help drive resort visitation and membership sign‑ups by delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily operations. You will act as a key liaison between guests and multiple internal departments to ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote resort visitation and membership enrolment through high‑quality guest interactions.
• Assist the supervisor with routine operations and special events, including festive and ad‑hoc activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all in‑house programs, products and services, informing guests of new developments.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Transport, and F&B teams to address guest requests promptly and accurately.
• Provide administrative support for cross‑functional projects and liaise with other business units as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including age verification.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years as required by regulatory authorities.
• Degree or Diploma in Business or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
