Executive – Operations & Fundraising

About the role

The Executive (Operations & Fundraising) will support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation’s fundraising and donor engagement programmes while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. Reporting to the CEO, the role works closely with the Finance Manager and Programme & Services team to drive fundraising initiatives, manage donor relationships and maintain compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and track fundraising campaigns, appeals and regular giving programmes.
• Research and engage individual, corporate and community donors; prepare proposals, presentations and sponsorship materials.
• Coordinate donor stewardship activities, acknowledgements and maintain up‑to‑date donor records.
• Oversee donation processing, reconciliation and documentation in partnership with finance staff.
• Develop and manage corporate partnership and sponsorship opportunities, including proposal preparation and benefit fulfilment.
• Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for fundraising and donor management.

Required profile

• Experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor development or related operations.
• Ability to research donors, prepare compelling proposals and manage campaign logistics.
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate multiple initiatives and maintain accurate records.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements such as charity regulations, PDPA and fundraising standards.
• Collaborative mindset to work with senior leadership, finance and programme teams.
