About the role
The Executive Producer will lead advertising, photography and video production projects for XIAOSPARK MEDIA, ensuring delivery of high‑quality content that meets client objectives and deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and coordinate production activities across advertising, photography and video projects.
- Collaborate with clients, photographers, videographers and editors to align expectations and ensure smooth execution.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, controlling costs while meeting delivery dates.
- Oversee the quality of final deliverables, guaranteeing they meet client standards.
- Monitor progress proactively, resolve issues and keep projects on track.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Media, Advertising, Film Production or a related field.
- Relevant experience in media or production environments.
- Strong project‑management and communication abilities.
- Creative mindset, excellent organisational skills and the capacity to work independently.
