Executive Sales – Air Cargo

About the role

Teleport is seeking an Executive Sales professional to drive air cargo business across Southeast Asia. You will identify new opportunities, generate qualified leads and help close deals with freight forwarders, consolidators and direct clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new air cargo opportunities and support lead generation.
• Promote Teleport’s cargo services to freight forwarders, consolidators and direct clients.
• Maintain regular engagement with clients and partners to build lasting relationships.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations and capacity teams to secure space and manage allocations.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve basic issues and support rate negotiations and spot pricing.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal teams (operations, pricing, network, customer service) to ensure smooth execution and resolve documentation or service issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in air freight, freight forwarding or logistics sales support.
• Strong understanding of air cargo processes, airline booking systems and key documentation (AWB, MAWB/HAWB).
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, collaborative and problem‑solving mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce or HubSpot.
