About the role

Onyx is a boutique executive search firm in Singapore looking for a motivated Executive Search Consultant. The role offers autonomy to build a specialised recruitment desk, manage the full hiring lifecycle and develop client relationships across mid‑ to senior‑level positions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client relationships through business development activities.
• Build market knowledge and advise clients on hiring needs.
• Manage searches from briefing and talent mapping to offer acceptance.
• Source, interview and assess candidates for mid‑ to senior‑level roles.
• Negotiate offers and support both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Own individual targets and contribute to the firm’s growth.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Interest in relationship building and business development; prior recruitment, sales or BD experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with professionals at various seniority levels.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work independently while collaborating with a close‑knit team.
