Executive – Supply Chain Management

About the role

Join B. Braun Singapore as an Executive in Supply Chain Management, supporting the medical devices business with end‑to‑end order processing, invoicing and delivery coordination. You will act as a primary contact for customers, ensuring accurate orders and timely deliveries while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a current Sales & Operations plan to support customer demand.
• Ensure SAP system data is accurate and error‑free.
• Process customer orders, create delivery orders and coordinate with 3PL partners.
• Manage tender orders according to customer specifications.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and product issues, escalating as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules.
• Participate in lean initiatives and continuous‑process improvement.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in order management, fulfillment or related supply‑chain functions.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical‑devices sector is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with a strong learning mindset are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of SAP, particularly the SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules.
