Executive, Talent Management (2-Year Contract)

About the role

RENCI is hiring an Executive, Talent Management on a 2-year contract. The role supports performance management and learning and development across the organisation and assists the department head with HR matters such as management reporting, document preparation, policy review and project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the manager in reviewing and transforming the performance management form, process and system
• Help drive the annual performance review process, including determining payouts for increments and bonuses
• Support Performance Improvement Plan cases
• Review HR policies for relevance and update them
• Support line managers and the HR team in implementing and administering HR policies and programmes
• Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Support retention management programmes for staff
• Support staff grievance, disciplinary and employee relations cases, including fact-finding, documentation and follow-up
• Support investigations and prepare clear, concise case reports, letters and documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Exposure to the community care sector is an added advantage
• Independent, meticulous and resourceful, with good organisational and collaboration skills
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and written communication skills
