Executive - Treasury Settlements

About the role

The Executive – Treasury Settlements role at HL Bank Singapore offers a hands‑on opportunity to support end‑to‑end processing of SWIFT payments and treasury settlement activities. You will work closely with the treasury team to ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Process SWIFT payment instructions from initiation through settlement.
• Validate, update and reconcile large sets of static and market data.
• Maintain data quality by performing detailed entry, reconciliation and quality‑control checks.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data and settlement records.
• Utilise specialised treasury software for corporate reaction processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to ensure timely data updates.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; strong motivation and a solid work ethic are essential.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end SWIFT payment processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
