Executive – Value Management (Sales Operations & Pricing)

About the role

We are seeking an Executive, Value Management to drive commercial effectiveness for a leading beer portfolio in Singapore. The role focuses on sales operations, execution excellence, and pricing initiatives to improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sales reports and dashboards covering volume, distribution, call coverage and incentive tracking.
• Support performance review meetings with insights, action plans and follow‑up tracking.
• Conduct on‑ground audits of on‑trade and off‑trade outlets, partner with sales teams to implement corrective actions, and refine execution scorecards.
• Analyze competitor pricing, promotional ROI and white‑space opportunities; recommend pricing adjustments.
• Support SKU rationalisation by identifying under‑performing items and optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with comfort handling large data sets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to collaborate with senior leadership.
• Self‑driven, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
