Executive/Senior Executive, Strategic Communications

About the role

As a member of the Strategic Communications & Partnerships team at Allkin Singapore, you will shape the organisation’s storytelling, engage diverse audiences and amplify its impact across Singapore and beyond. You will lead integrated marketing and communications initiatives that support brand visibility, advocacy and fundraising.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns to strengthen Allkin’s brand and fundraising efforts.
• Create compelling written, visual and multimedia content for social media, website, EDMs, publications and marketing collateral.
• Manage digital marketing across owned and paid platforms to grow reach, engagement and conversions.
• Oversee development of flagship publications, publicity materials and other communication assets.
• Coordinate media relations, prepare press materials and support public‑relations activities for key initiatives.
• Collaborate with agency leaders and stakeholders to co‑create thought‑leadership content showcasing impact.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise digital initiatives and identify opportunities for improved audience engagement.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in marketing, mass communications, public relations or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, communications or public relations.
• Prior experience in a PR, integrated communications or creative agency is an advantage.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability for varied audiences and platforms.
• Good understanding of strategic communications, media relations and digital marketing.
