Executive/Senior Project Manager - Estate Upgrading Projects

About the role

The Public Housing Authority is looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated people to join its Project Management Department (EUP) and help make a difference to Singapore's built environment. You will work in a team managing private estate upgrading projects under the Estate Upgrading Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in the full project cycle, from advising clients and users through to contract administration.
• Liaise with authorities and prepare tenders to appoint consultants and contractors.
• Manage consultants and contractors and administer their contracts.
• Work with grassroots leaders and representatives of private estate residents.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in any construction-related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience managing civil engineering or building/estate upgrading projects, including preparing and calling tenders, managing consultants and contractors, administering contracts, managing project budget and cashflow, and knowing government procurement procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
