Experienced Full-Time Primary & Secondary Teacher

About the role

Mind Stretcher Education, Singapore’s leading tuition and enrichment brand, is seeking an experienced full‑time teacher to deliver primary and secondary lessons across its island‑wide network. You will create engaging classroom experiences, monitor student progress, and collaborate closely with parents to support each learner’s academic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and employ varied teaching strategies.
• Deliver lessons punctually with enthusiasm, encouraging active student participation.
• Mark assignments accurately and provide timely feedback.
• Track student performance using the in‑house grade‑keeper and generate progress reports.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing achievements and areas for improvement.
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.
• Participate in professional development, training sessions, and curriculum‑development initiatives.
• Support promotional events such as webinars, trial classes, and talks.

Required profile

• Ability to teach one or more of the following subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, Elementary Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Combined Science, Pure Biology, Pure Chemistry, Pure Physics.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality education and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
