Experienced Transfer Pricing Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

Join PwC's Tax Global Structuring practice as an Experienced Associate or Senior Associate focusing on Transfer Pricing. You will work with a team of specialists to help multinational clients comply with OECD and Singapore transfer pricing guidelines, develop robust pricing policies, and resolve complex tax disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Support Managers and Senior Managers in delivering transfer pricing projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Plan and document transfer pricing policies in line with international and local regulations.
• Provide dispute resolution services, including Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP), and audit support.
• Assist clients with value‑chain transformation and related tax implications.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and reports for high‑profile, cross‑border transactions.

Required profile

• Qualified as an Experienced Associate or Senior Associate with solid consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing principles, OECD guidelines, and Singapore tax regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while delivering high‑quality client service.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
