F10 Receiving and Shipping Specialist

About the role

Micron Technology, Inc., a leader in memory and storage solutions, is hiring a Receiving and Shipping Specialist for its Fab 10N/X site. The role covers the daily operation of receiving and shipping functions in line with company policies and procedures, working closely with internal parties and forwarders on shipping arrangements and material delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Run the daily operations of all receiving and shipping functions in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Keep close communication and collaboration with relevant parties and forwarders on shipping arrangements and delivery of materials.
• Inspect the physical condition and contents of received goods and compare them with records such as manifests, invoices or orders to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices and packing lists for all outgoing shipments.
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives that support receiving automation, including process automation and an agentic-AI approach to problem detection, prediction and performance optimisation.
• Promote a safe and green working environment by developing processes, procedures and training aligned with safety, quality and sustainability goals.

Required profile

• Education: GCE O' Level / SPM, Higher NITEC (ITC) / NITEC (NTC-2 or Intermediate) / Diploma in Wafer Fabrication, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of warehouse, shipping or receiving operations is preferred.
